CFSGAM adds to infrastructure team
Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) has made a key appointment aimed at strengthening its unlisted infrastructure asset management capability.
The company announced this week it had appointed former Origin Energy executive, Daniel Timms as director, Infrastructure Investments.
It said Timms brought with him strong utility sector experience having held a number of executive roles with Origin Energy over a 12-year period encompassing strategy, business development and major projects, in both Australian and international markets.
CFSGAM partner Infrastructure Investments, Chris McArthur, said the appointment built on the firm's commitment to managing its portfolio companies on a sustainable basis, with an active asset management approach underpinned by demonstrable industry experience.
