Centrepoint Alliance appoints new director
Centrepoint Alliance has appointed Alexander (Sandy) Beard as its new independent non-executive director, effective 1 January, 2020.
Beard, who is currently a non-executive director of Probiotec Limited, Eildon Capital Ltd and TasFoods Limited, served previously as chief executive of ASX-listed CVC Limited.
“Sandy brings extensive experience in delivering value to shareholders across a broad spectrum of industries and stages of company growth. We are very pleased to have Sandy join our board,” Alan Fisher, Centrepoint chair, said.
