BNY Mellon makes new Asia-Pacific appointment


BNY Mellon is appointing Anna O’Sullivan to the position of Asia-Pacific head of transaction management group of corporate trust.
O’Sullivan would be based in Sydney and report to Gary Lew, BNY Mellon’s Asia-Pacific head of corporate trust.
O’Sullivan has more than 17 years of global experience in providing issuers with services and solutions enabling them to access the global debt capital markets utilising the BNY Mellon franchise.
She joined BNY Mellon from PPB Advisory where she worked as a senior adviser.
Prior to this, she had spent nine years at Perpetual in various management roles and, also spent seven years at JP Morgan Trust Services in London.
Commenting on the appointment, Lew said: “Her tremendous expertise in assessing and managing commercial and legal risk reviewing complex financing structures, cash flow management, and debt capital markets will play a key role in growing our business across the region.
“Anna’s wealth of experience in banking and finance will set the standard for client focus and service delivery as we position our corporate trust business for growth across the market in Australia and Asia-Pacific.”
