Bennelong signs new insto appointment
Bennelong Funds Management has moved further to increase its presence in the institutional space.
The fund manager announced this week it had appointed Ryan Durance to the role of Director of Distribution, Institutional.
The company said Durance's appointed followed on from Bennelong's joint initiatives with new global infrastructure investment manager, 4 Corners Infrastructure, and global real estate team Quay Global Investors.
It noted that, in addition, Julian Beaumont this month joined the Australian equities BAEP team as their new Investment Director.
Changes are afoot and Bennelong's expansion is set to continue.
Commenting on the appointment, Bennelong's head of distribution, Andrew Aitken said he believed Durance would be a great fit for the high-performance culture at Bennelong.
Durance joins Bennelong from Schroders PLC in London, where he was an Equity Long/Short Product Manager.
