Avoka launches new analytics module
Financial services digital customer acquisition specialist company, Avoka, has announced the launch of a new analytics module — Transact Insights.
The company said the module was designed for agile optimisation of digital account opening and would be available to institutions running Avoka Transact5 — the most recent version of its Avoka Transact platform.
Avoka is claiming the new module would help financial institutions better diagnose digital account abandonment by analysing points of friction.
It said that, similar to Google Analytics for account opening and onboarding, Insights measured where customers spent time, made errors, or abandoned their sessions.
Commenting on the launch, Avoka chief executive, Philip Copeland, described it as the company's most sophisticated digital sales platform ever.
