Australian Unity names new director
Australian Unity has further diversified its board with the appointment of lawyer, Lisa Chung.
The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today that Chung would be joining the board with effect from 30 June.
It said Chung’s appointment had followed a considered search by the company reflecting its plans to sustain and broaden the mix of skills and business experience and the committee succession planning program.
Chung is currently chair of Urbis Pty ltd and the Benevolent Society as well as being a director of APN Outdoor Group and deputy president of Trustees for the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences.
She was previously a partner at Maddocks Lawyers.
