Aus Unity appoints new fund manager
Australian Unity Investment Real Estate has appointed Marky Lumby, who joined the firm in 2011, as Australian Unity Office Fund’s (AOF) new fund manager.
Lumby has over 20 years’ experience managing property funds, and has worked with AOF assets for the last ten years.
Lumby would be supported by the team’s portfolio manager, Simon Beake, and asset manager, Giovanna Reale, who have both worked with AOF’s assets for over five years.
Lumby would replace Grant Nichols, who recently stepped down as fund manager to pursue other opportunities.
