Optimix, the multi manager research and investment solution of ING Australia, has appointed Arnhem Investment Management to its Australian Equities Portfolio Investment manager line up. Arnhem, previously known as Fortis Investment Partners, has replaced Plato Investment Management in the Optimix portfolio.

The appointment follows an extensive review of the Optimix Australian Equities Portfolio, which employed a selection framework favouring managers with strong stock picking and portfolio design skills as well as stable and experienced management teams and outstanding track records.

The Arnhem Investment Management team is comprised of nine investment professionals focused on long short capabilities.
