Aon Hewitt Wealth Management has recruited Prue Petinsky to head its product development.

Petinsky, who headed product management for the Asgard platform at BT Financial Group until late 2011, will primarily be responsible for the development of Aon Master Trust.

Aon Hewitt said Petinsky spent over a decade working in the financial services industry in areas including distribution, customer service and product-related roles.

Aon Hewitt also announced internal promotions in its financial advice business, with Robert Olney grabbing the head of practice solutions role, while Jeremy Lubrano was appointed head of alliances.

Olney would be tasked with driving the strategic agenda and deepening the company's relationship with its financial advisers, while Lubrano would work with the company's alliance partners, including Smartline and the Housing Industry Association.
