AMP appoints new non-executive director

Catherine Brenner has joined AMP's board as a non-executive director.

Brenner has been a non-executive director for AMP Life since May 2009 and also holds the same position at Coca Cola Amatil and Centennial Coal Company.

Her previous roles include working as corporate solicitor with Phillips Fox and 10 years at ABN AMRO in various roles, culminating in her appointment as managing director, investment banking.

“Catherine brings significant financial services experience together with knowledge of AMP gained through her service on our life company board,” said AMP chairman Peter Mason.
