Allianz appoints new general manager, financial institutions
Allianz Australia has announced that Dan Tully has been appointed as its new general manager, financial institutions, following years of working in management roles for the insurance company.
Tully would come to the new position with significant experience in finance, having worked into insurance, retail banking and digital markers for over 25 years.
Most recently, he was Allianz’s senior portfolio director within retail distribution. Prior to this, he was the national manager, growth markets for Allianz’s financial institutions team. He helped develop the channel into a high growth portfolio.
Allianz Australia chief general manager, Michael Winter welcomes the extensive experience that Tully would bring to the role.
“Dan’s wealth of knowledge of retail banking and insurance industries will be a great contribution to our business. I look forward to working with him to innovate and improve our operations, while continuing to deliver growth for our partners and excellent service for their customers,” he said.
