Allan Gray Australia appoints head of retail distribution

Allan Gray Australia has appointed Chris Inifer as head of retail distribution and Julian Morrison as national key account manager. 

Former Aberdeen Asset Management regional sales manager Sam Benjamin has also joined the team as relationship manager in Sydney. 

Both Morrison and Inifer joined Allan Gray Australia as relationship managers in 2010, at which time the company was known as Orbis Investment Management.  

Orbis changed its name to Allan Gray Australia in early 2012 to reflect its aim of building on its retail offering. 

Allan Gray director JD de Lange said the new appointments reflect the company’s commitment to its growing client and adviser base across major Australian cities.
