MLC Group Insurance has introduced new functionality for the advisers, brokers and consultants using its website.
The website will allow advisers to get real-time progress updates on claims and underwriting cases, view portfolio and policy summaries and download reports, forms and brochures.
“MLC Group Insurance online can provide an adviser with an overview of their portfolio or drill down to the detail of a policy, including outstanding claims and underwriting actions,” MLC head of group insurance Andrew Howard said.
“The web-based solution that we have developed means our clients have around-the-clock access to policy information through a secure site,” he added.
