AXA updates group insurance reporting
AXA Australia has improved its online insurance offering for financial advisers and its group insurance clients.
The group has created a website that gives advisers and others access to live updates on claims and underwriting information as a client’s case progresses through the AXA system.
Advisers will be able to access a listing of any outstanding underwriting requirements through the improved reporting system, according to AXA head of group insurance Robert Bergin.
The new website would also “enable advisers to search for policy documents online, which will be useful for complicated plans like master trusts, where each sub-plan has a separate schedule”, Bergin said.
“We have also included a secure document submission which feeds directly into AXA’s workflow management system, which speeds up response times.”
