AMP overhauls LIF resources
AMP will launch new capabilities within its Life Insurance Framework (LIF) resource hub, aiming to stem grey areas which may be preventing advisers getting across their line throughout policy transitions.
A new diagnostic tool would provide an action plan to prepare practices for new changes under the LIF, while a video tutorial series featuring advice consultant and Elixir Consulting managing director, Sue Viskovic would also be launched.
AMP’s director insurance proposition, Greg Johnson said the updates followed the firm’s previous readiness offerings for advisers that also include staff and webinar training.
“The LIF hub will provide advisers with further tools and support to help them,” he said.
