New company secretary at BTIM
BT Investment Management (BTIM) has announced the appointment of a new company secretary.
The investment company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) that its company secretary, Chris Millard, has resigned and would be replaced by Joanne Hawkins.
The announcement said Hawkins was had been appointed as company secretary in conjunction with her role as head of governance.
It said her new role would take effect from today.
