MLC Masterkey introduces new investment options
MLC Masterkey Fundamentals has increased the investment options available to its clients and advisers, including the introduction of a trust which aims to provide long-term capital growth by investment in publicly traded global equities securities.
It added two further products following a rebranding announcement on 7 March which saw the items, previously known as Aviva Investors, released as the Antares Elite Opportunities Fund and Antares High Growth Share Fund.
"Our focus is on providing advisers with the necessary investment solutions to meet their clients' needs and to help them grow and protect their wealth," MLC Masterkey general manager Dean Thomas said.
The Altrinsic Global Equities Trust, which predominantly invests in publicly traded global equities securities, is protected against exposure to international assets as the investments are not hedged to the Australian dollar.
The changes to MLC Masterkey's investment menu form part of a larger development program, with previous enhancements introduced in November 2011, MLC stated.
