AMP puts Core Property Fund on Asgard platform

AMP Capital Investors’ Core Property Fund is now available to investors on the Asgard platform.

The Core Property Fund focuses on quality property and blue chip lease covenants, aiming to provide strong performance with income and capital growth over the long term.

AMP Capital Investors’ fund manager for the Core Property Fund, Damian Fitzpatrick, said the move represents a whole new distribution channel to investors seeking access to a quality portfolio of property assets with strong risk-adjusted performance.

“This is a great opportunity to access a fund that offers direct European assets,” he said.
