On your bike Ray

Ray Griffin proved to be master of more than the FPA at the industry's recent charity motorbike ride.

Dubbed 'master of the mother ship' Griffin's bike came equipped with heated han-dlebars, quadraphonic stereo, and a yet to be sighted jacuzzi up the back. Out-sider's informer reports that Brian Thomas from Credit Suisse set out to break all sorts of land speed records, but disappointingly broke nothing at all.

While the industry's bikie chicks were seen lining up to tattoo their nether re-gions, a rider roped into the event from outside the hallowed walls of financial services pulled a wheelie in a supermarket car park and ended up wearing his bike on his back.

After five to six days bouncing over the rugged terrain of Australia's north-eastern mountain ranges, the brave bums of the industry voted for a three day event next year. In a career limiting comment, Clayton Coplestone from Credit Suisse said: "I think some people worked it like they've never worked it be-fore."

The financial services bikie gang raised over $30,000 for Camp Quality, which helps out teenaged kids with cancer.
