Venardos joins Russell Investments


Former BNY Mellon staffer, John Venardos has been appointed to head Russell Investments implementation services business in Australasia.
Venardos is scheduled to take up his new position on 18 June.
Commenting on the appointment, Russell Investments Implementation Services Asia Pacific managing director, John R. Moore pointed to the expectation of growth in the the transition management business market.
“This is being driven by a massive trend in the region - and around the globe - towards pure agency models,” he said.
“Mr Venardos’ experience across the region will play a vital role for our continued leadership and expansion into the future,” he said.
