Tower Australia has appointed two new members to its risk new business team as part of the company’s strategy to improve its service to financial advisers.
With more than 16 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Jason Scott has joined Tower as national fulfilment manager for retail life.
Helen Molloy, who was involved in the development and establishment of Accelerate and Accelerated online protection, will assume the role of chief underwriter for retail life.
Head of customer service and operations for retail life at Tower, Luke Banfield, said the new team signalled a shift in direction for the risk new business team at the company.
