TAL to focus on client engagement

TAL has introduced a new education stream to focus on client engagement as a response to support the professionalism of the industry.
As the attention on professional standards of the advice profession grows, the client engagement stream aims to help advisers thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
TAL general manager for retail distribution, Niall McConville, said the program would "help advisers grow their business using modern sales and marketing tools".
"TAL has demonstrated our commitment and focus on the professionalism of the industry and given the intensified focus on education this year, our aim is to lead the industry in delivering relevant professional development," McConville said.
