Synchron appoints Victorian head

Synchron has appointed Jason Milosevski as its Victorian state manager in a bid to increase the number of advisers in the state.
Milosevski is a Synchron NextGen graduate and was most recently held business development roles at Zurich, and prior to that roles at AMP and AXA.
The financial advice licensee's director, Don Trapnell, said "with more than 12 years' experience in the life insurance industry, we believe he has the right skills, experience, and relationships to help drive Synchron's business growth in Victoria".
Trapnell said the firm wants to replicate its success in Western Australia where the number of advisers under Synchron grew from 14 in 2012 to 56 in 2015.
"Our initial goal is to increase our presence in Victoria from 125 authorised representatives to 175 in the next two years," he said.
