Suncorp/Promina integration executive to depart group
The man responsible for integrating the Suncorp and Promina businesses will leave the company at the end of next month.
Mark Bulcher was appointed as group executive, integration, at Suncorp in 1997. Suncorp acting chief Chris Skilton said the integration of the Suncorp and Promina businesses had been successfully completed and that Bulcher had decided it was now an appropriate time to make an exit from the group.
Skilton said Bulcher had ensured the integration was completed on time with the key objectives of the project met.
“During his time at Suncorp Mark held a number of senior executive roles and he performed with distinction in each of these,” Skilton said.
Bulcher will remain on the AA Insurance board.
