SSGA expands team
State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) has expanded its distribution by recruiting former Telsra Super executive, Chris Artis.
The appointment was confirmed by SSGA managing director and head of relationship management,Peter Mithcell who said he believed Artis had an extensive industry background with strong portfolio management skills and a deep understanding of the current challenges and opportunities facing superannuation funds.
Artis has held positions at Telstra Super, Vision Super and Emergency Services Super. He will be Melbourne-based.
