Simon Bridger to take the reigns of Perpetual's Ethical SRI Fund
Perpetual Investments has announced management changes to its Perpetual Ethical SRI Fund, which will now be managed solely by Simon Bridger.
Until now, Bridger had jointly managed the Ethical Fund with head of Australian equities John Sevior.
Sevior will continue to develop new strategies for Perpetual's Australian equities funds and manage Perpetual's Pure Value Fund and the Concentrated Equity Fund.
Bridger has been part of Perpetual's Australian equities team since July 2008. He has in excess of 20 years financial services experience in Australia and overseas and has worked for companies including Bain/Deutsche, HSBC and ABN AMRO.
"After 18 months at Perpetual, he is familiar with our investment process and culture and has performed extremely well," said group executive Perpetual Investments business services and chief operating officer Australian equities Cathy Doyle.
