Sentry announces Better Business program
Sentry Group has announced its Better Business initiative to help its advisers and practice managers improve their processes and operational programs.
The Sentry Better Business program will consist of a series of forums for the discussion of business issues and will be delivered by Business Health.
“The focus of the forums will be ‘involvement’ and ‘how to’,” said Sentry deputy chief executive and general manager of business development Daniel Parry.
“At the conclusion of each forum event, the participants will leave with at least one key strategic or operational goal that will be implemented before the group reconvenes,” he said.
Each participating practice will be internally assessed and benchmarked by Business Health’s HealthCheck diagnostic, which covers five areas of business: client; home base – planning and structure; external profile – reputation management; capability – people and IT; and KPIs.
Clients will be confidentially surveyed through Business Health’s CATscan, which will provide the participants with an appraisal of how the practice is performing and perceived, Sentry said.
