Schroders adds to sales teams
Schroder Investment Management Australia has appointed Kerrie Howard to its institutional sales team as institutional client director and added Chris Boyd to its retail sales team as research relationship manager.
Howard has over 25 years financial services experience and was most recently director of institutional sales at ABN Amro/Fortis. She also worked at BNP Paribas and ANZ Asset Management, and will be based in Melbourne.
Schroders’ head of institutional sales Ray Macken described Howard as a “highly experienced and respected distribution professional in a part of the market which has grown significantly for Schroders in recent years”.
Boyd, who will be based in Sydney and start on 1 November, joins Schroders from Tyndall Investment Management where he was an investment specialist. He has also worked in investment research and relationship roles with Asteron, Aegis Equities Research and MLC.
Schroders’ head of retail sales David Hallifax, said Boyd’s experience across domestic and international equities, fixed income and multi-asset would make him an excellent fit within the Schroders team.
