Investors with limited equity can apply to use the 100% investor loan to gain up to twice the exposure to five selected global investment strategies managed by UBS, one of the worlds leading investment managers.
In a market that has been characterised by volatility, Vault 08 provides certainty in terms of capital, with the comfort of one of the largest bank brand names in UBS, at a fraction of the usual cost. The ability to borrow up to 100% allows investors to claim their interest costs as a deduction from their taxable income.

The Issuer is entitled to be reimbursed from the assets of Vault 08 for the lesser of 0.26% of the Net Value of Vault 08’s Assets and $260,000 p.a. for all costs and expenses incurred in operating Vault08.
