Online financial services provider E*Trade Australia has signed deals with seven financial planning groups to provide them with online investment and trading operations.

The planning groups, MDRN Allens Financial Planning, Puzzle Financial Advice, AON Financial Planning and Protection, Wright Planning, Financial Force, Dunross Securities, and Dowling and Associates all signed deals choosing E*Trade as their preferred online broker.

Under the deals the seven financial planning companies will have direct access to E*Trade Pro, a service designed for online investors that provides real-time information and fast order placement.

Planners will be able to place orders on behalf of clients using E*Trade Pro or they can place orders through E*Trade's central service.

The financial planning groups’ planners will also have access to the E*Trade website and its set of research tools, historical data and portfolio management functions.
