ParaPlanning opens shop in NSW
ParaPlanning Professionals, which claims to have pioneered the concept of contract paraplanning in Australia, has opened an office in New South Wales.
ParaPlanning Professionals has provided a range of services to advisers,
dealer groups and fund managers from Queensland since 1996. It now appears to be the largest and the only player in this burgeoning market that operates nationally.
State consultant Joanna Ryan says: "Two other companies have entered the market, but these operations tend to be localised. We know how many hours of contracting we do, but we do not know for the others. All I can say is that we have a significant proportion of the market.
"We believe that we are the only organisation offering such a wide range of
solutions specific to the financial planning industry."
ParaPlanning Professionals' services include industry training, contract paraplanning, dealer's licence applications and compliance, permanent and temporary recruitment and business consulting.
