OnePath launches life application tracking system
OnePath has launched a new online application tracking system for OneCare life insurance, which would allow advisers to view information about the status of all applications.
Other features of OneCare’s application tracking system include the ability to export reports, to communicate electronically with underwriting staff and to electronically attach outstanding requirements.
OnePath’s head of product marketing and reinsurance, Gerard Kerr, said the new enhancements would increase the transparency of the underwriting process.
He added the application tracking had been developed in response to OnePath’s adviser and support staff feedback.
