Navigator offers exclusivity on Greencape funds
Navigator has added two new funds to its administration platform — the Greencape Wholesale Broadcap Fund and the Greencape Wholesale High Conviction Fund.
Announcing the move today, Aviva research manager Stuart Bechner said access to the funds would be exclusive to the Navigator platform and reflected the strong impact boutique managers had made on the Australian investment scene.
“Greencape’s investment team is a cohesive unit having worked together for a considerable period at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where they enjoyed good market support while managing similar funds,” he said.
Bechner said one of the unique aspects of the Greencape proposition was its relationship with Challenger, to which the majority of non-investment activities were outsourced, allowing it to concentrate on what it does best — investment management.
