MLC improves AdviserOnline and MyClient websites

MLC has introduced additional online functionality to what it describes as its “new-look” client and financial adviser websites.
The revamped sites – MLC AdviserOnline and MyClient - are accessed through mlc.com.au and are focused on action rather than content.
The company said the site navigation had been significantly enhanced, with the result that it now only takes a maximum of three clicks to complete a task.
MLC MasterKey general manager Dean Thomas said a strong online offering was crucial to any platform, and MLC wanted to give its clients and financial advisers a better online experience.
“These new secure sites are easier to use and are action-oriented to support financial advisers with their day-to-day business needs and client conversations,” he said.
“We’re also excited about the time financial advisers and their support staff will save on administration by using MLC AdviserOnline,” Thomas said.
He said this would help improve their business efficiency and free up more time that could be spent adding value to clients.
