Macquarie Adviser Services has streamlined the senior reporting lines for its sales and marketing teams, elevating former head of adviser sales Jason Huddy andMacquarie Wrap Solutions’ head of product and marketing Matthew Rady.

Rady has now been appointed head of product and marketing for the whole division, while Huddy will become head of Macquarie Adviser Services sales, with responsibility for the group’s multiple sales teams.

Both will report directly to the division’s executive director Neil Roderick, who says the move will enable more efficient dealings with adviser clients along with a greater alignment of the sales, product and marketing activities across the division.

“While there was a need for these separate sales and marketing teams during the first few years of Macquarie Wrap’s development, the fact that these teams now service many of the same adviser clients allowed for improved communication and coordination of service across adviser clients,” Roderick says.

Doug Chang will now serve as head of product for Macquarie Wrap Solutions and report to Rady.

Earlier this week Macquarie Wrap Solutions receivedAssirtservice level awards in the categories of BDM Support, Administration Support and Ease of Doing Business in the master trust/wrap division.
