Wealth management and financial markets technology supplier IRESS is upgrading its XPLAN integrated software with a new functionality, XPLAN iAssist, to simplify online access to tools.

Commenting on the introduction of iAssist, IRESS UK executive general manager (wealth), Mark Loosmore said the new functionality would allow rapid real-time response for users and eliminate the need for screen-sharing software or use of multiple username and password details.

“iAssist balances our desire to further improve user experience [and] help clients continue to increase business efficiency,” he said.

“Having the right technology with the right customer service in place is essential.”

To use XPLAN iAssist, users are granted a securely-generated token within the new system, which allows for simpler access to personal XPLAN sessions.
