IFSA’s Mico honoured
Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA) manager for life and risk David Mico has been awarded an Industry Excellence Award.
Mico, who has been a part of the IFSA team for the past eight years, received the award as a result of a resolution passed by the IFSA board this week recognising his work in the industry.
The resolution specifically mentioned Mico’s involvement in the development of a world first Memorandum of Understanding between life insurers and the mental health community and his work in promoting the closure of the insurance gap currently confronting Australia.
