FSP pushes advisers to expand

Financial Services Partners (FSP) is pushing its advisers to expand their businesses with the launch of its private broker network.
The private broker network will assist advisers with business growth, acquisitions and succession planning.
Through the network, advisers have access to a website which provides the tools to buy and sell practices, buy and sell books of clients, merge with other practices, find salaried and equity partners, explore joint ventures and secure practice finance.
Advisers will also have access to succession planning consulting, tax and legal advice.
A number of companies will provide the tools to assist advisers. These include the Practice Exchange (brokering services), the Encore Group (consulting and due diligence services), Mills Oakley Lawyers (legal advice) and the Commonwealth Bank (finance solutions).
