FIIG continues to expand team
FIIG Securities has continued to boost its management team, appointing Stephen Nash as the head of strategy and market development. FIIG appointed Paul Gray as the head of private client services earlier this month.
Nash, a fixed income specialist, will be responsible for consulting with FIIG's customers to provide new products within the Australian debt market.
Nash was the former head of fixed income and cash at State Street Global Advisers (SSGA). He was responsible for the management of $18 billion of domestic cash, domestic fixed income and global fixed income. He has also held positions at AMP Asset Management, Morgan Grenfell Asset Management, and National Australia Bank.
The head of fixed income and cash at SSGA has been made redundant.
“Stephen has the ideal mix of practical experience and intellectual discipline, which will assist to accelerate the growth of our business,” said FIIG managing director Jim Stening.
