Deloitte rated by Gartner

Deloitte has further stamped its mark in the customer and data space, announcing this week that it had been named as a leading provider of customer relation services by leading technology research and analysis firm Gartner.
Gartner referenced Deloitte's status in its latest report - Magic Quadrant for CRM Service Providers, Worldwide.
According to Gartner, leaders in this category are performing well today by gaining traction and market share. They also have a clear vision of market direction and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership position in the market place.
Commenting on the achievement, Deloitte Consulting analytics partner Jenny Wilson said unprecedented market challenges and the availability of new capabilities, coupled with new delivery models, had forced an evolution in the way organisations grappled with their customers' needs.
"We are pleased to be recognised as a leader in the customer and data space," she said.
She said that in the Australian context it was the organisations that offered deep industry expertise and innovative solutions to manage data, translate insights and execute with agility and speed that were best positioned.
