Deakin has created a new management position to market and promote the service, appointing Jeffrey Morphett as national manager, salary packaging.
Morphett has a background as both an adviser and manager in organisations includingTower, FAI, Legal and General, and City Mutual.
“In this newly created senior role, Morphett will be required to manage all aspects of the strategic alliance with SPS and recruit a team of specialist ‘enrollers’ across Australia,” says Deakin Financial Services managing director Murray Hills.
