CommInsure takes customer service online
CommInsure has added a facility to its website allowing its group risk clients to submit and track claims and underwriting cases online.
The new service also enables clients to exchange documents via the website, reducing the need for time consuming faxes and post.
CommInsure managing director Simon Swanson said the use of technology would provide a more efficient and convenient method of handling claims and underwriting cases.
“Our clients now have important information at their fingertips, in one central location, which they can access from anywhere,” he said.
“Furthermore, because the facility is online, our clients’ paperwork is substantially reduced.”
Other CommInsure clients will be able to access the new facilities over the coming weeks.
