Clime takes stake in Headline Group
Clime Investment Management (CIW) has announced its latest acquisition, a 19.99 per cent stake in Headline Group.
CIW’s interest in Headline is comprised of a direct holding of 9.64 per cent and relevant interest in the 10.35 per cent direct holding held by Clime Capital (CAM).
Approximately 25 per cent of CIW’s capital is presently invested in funds managed by its associates.
CIW (formally Loftus Capital Partners) is a publicly listed boutique financial services group with offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Clime Asset Management is the manager of the funds and services offered to retail and wholesale clients by the Clime Group.
