Brian Bissaker to depart Colonial First State

A significant restructure of Colonial First State will see Brian Bissaker leave the company, with Marianne Perkovic and Linda Elkins filling key roles.
Bissaker confirmed his departure to Money Management and said he was supportive of the restructure and happy with the changes, which had provided him with an appropriate opportunity to take a new direction.
He confirmed that under the restructure the chief executive position would cease to exist.
Perkovic will be executive general manager of advice while Elkins will be acting general manager of Colonial First State.
