Aon continues regional expansion
Big insurer Aon has announced plans to extend its regional presence via the opening of three new offices in Geelong, Springwood and the South Coast region by the start of next year.
The company said the decision to establish a presence in these regions followed increased interest and demand from local clients.
Discussing the move, Aon Risk Solutions Pacific's region chairman, Steve Nevitt, said the company's regional branch network had long been a strong contributor to its growth.
"We have confidence in the SME opportunities in these locations and we very much want to strengthen our market presence there," he said.
Nevitt said Aon's branch network currently extended across every state and territory with 28 offices in capital cities and regional centres.
