AMP launches platform enhancements

AMP has announced a series of design and technology upgrades to its web-based platform, Elevate Online, which supports AMP's Elevate insurance.
Advisers would be able to use the platform enhancements to quote and apply for insurance on a mobile device, using a new interface which also simplified tracking applications online for advisers.
AMP head of retail, Greg Johnson, said that the changes were a result of customer feedback on design and usability.
"The enhancements will reduce advisers' cost to serve," he said.
"Importantly, [it will] give them more time to have quality conversations with customers, helping them achieve their goals."
The changes to the AMP Elevate Online platform are now live.
