AllMyFunds acquires InvestmentLink
AllMyFunds Technology has acquired financial services technology provider InvestmentLink in a move to bolster its scaled advice offering.
InvestmentLink is an independent provider of live fund transaction data, currently receiving investment transaction data from over 60 funds and distributing to 100 dealer groups across Australia.
Wayne Robinson, chief executive of AllMyFunds, said the company plans to expand InvestmentLink's product and services by opening data feeds to other financial planning software providers, accountants (for self-managed super funds) and research houses.
He added that the acquisition places AllMyFunds in a unique position in the new regulatory environment, where having "easy access to data linked to simple software will be the key to providing affordable advice".
