SuperFriend expands, appoints senior exec
SuperFriend has expanded into Sydney and appointed its first Sydney-based partner relationship manager, Rob Costello, to manage multi-stakeholder partner relationships across all multi-stakeholder profit-to-member super funds and their group life insurers.
Costello has extensive insurance experience across the worker’s compensation and group life insurance sectors, including in claims management, product and client account management roles.
He was most recently responsible for managing relationship and administrative needs at Link Group but has also held roles at TAL Australia and CommInsure.
SuperFriend CEO, Margo Lydon, said Costello brought a deep understanding and well-rounded experience across superannuation and insurance to the company.
“Rob’s interpersonal skills and experience will enable these funds to add value to their employer and member relationships by offering greater real-time support,” she said.
