ISN appoints McIvor
Industry Super Network (ISN) has appointed Alison McIvor to the roles of deputy chief executive and chief operations officer.
Based in Melbourne, McIvor will have national responsibility for finance, business planning, operations and workflow management and human resources.
“Alison is one of the most highly respected people within the superannuation industry and we are delighted she has agreed to come on board,” said ISN chief executive David Whiteley.
McIvor comes to ISN with extensive industry experience, having spent over a decade at Australian Retirement Fund (ARF) and AustralianSuper. During her time with ARF, McIvor played a pivotal role in the merger with Superannuation Trust of Australia to form AustralianSuper, the largest merger in Australia’s superannuation history.
“Her joining us is recognition of the success and maturity of ISN as an organisation. It will also boost our ability to deliver on the important agenda we have set ourselves,” Whiteley said.
McIvor’s appointment takes the ISN executive team to a total of four.
