Firstfolio has restructured its senior management team as it plans to expand its eChoice from an online mortgage finance broker to a more diversified financial services platform.

The restructure includes the addition of two senior industry executives, former ING head of mortgage management Brett Mansfield and former Virgin Money director Andrew Russell.

The appointments follow the resignation of chief operating officer Warren Nicholls.

Mansfield and Russell will join a revamped management structure, Firstfolio chief executive Mark Forsyth said.

“With these appointments, Firstfolio brings on board added capability to expand into new products and services offering significant growth potential," Forsyth said.

Under the new structure, Mansfield will be eChoice and wholesale lending general manager and will oversee the expansion of eChoice.

Russell will be third party and product distribution general manager and focus on development of new financial products and services.
